At FurgoVan we offer you the best Camper available on the market: the new Volkswagen California T7 Ocean and the VolksWagen California T6.1 Ocean 4MOTION, with 4 seats and four sleeping places, integrated kitchen, outdoor shower, 4×4 and automatic transmission. If during my trip I want to take a ferry, what information do I need to book it?

• You can book a ferry without a problem, they will ask you for the length of the vehicle, in which case it is 5 meters.
• They will also ask for the vehicle registration. In this case you must indicate “Rental Car”.
• It is possible that they will ask you for the technical data sheet of the vehicle, if so, send us an email to info@furgovan.com

Can I return or collect the FurgoVan on Sundays or holidays?

• Yes, you can deliver your FurgoVan on Sundays and holidays from 6pm to 9pm by choosing early checkout when making the reservation.

Can I deliver the FurgoVan to another location?

• Yes, as long as it is in the city of Barcelona or at the Barcelona-El Prat airport. To do this, choose the “home delivery” option. There is an additional charge of €50 for the “home delivery” pick up option.

Can I bring my dog with me?

• Of course! At FurgoVan we are ready to welcome your dog. We do apply a €100 service fee to allow us to take the necessary measures to ensure that future customers can later enjoy the vehicle even if they have dog allergies.

Is it possible to cancel the accessories prior to the FurgoVan trip?

• You can modify your accessories up to 48 hours before the collection with the cancellation conditions that you can find here.
• Some accessories have to be checked and prepared for assembly and sometimes have a certain complication. If you want to add any at the last minute, we may not have time to prepare it, in which case we will inform you.

Campers and kids … is it worth it?

• Of course! It is an experience they will never forget and we have prepared our vans for them to have the best possible experience. We have chairs adjusted to your measurements along with other equipment so that the children feel at home.

Is there a minimum booking time for the FurgoVan?

oThe minimum reservation depends on the season:

• High season: Minimum 3 nights
• Medium and low season: Minimum 2 nights.

Is it necessary to have a deposit?

• FurgoVan wants extraordinary experiences for you and all future campers. Understandably we have to safeguard our vans and our business and for this reason we ask for a deposit of €1,500. We keep it in the form of a deposit charged to your credit card, your money will remain in your account but this amount will be blocked up to 7 days after the return. If everything goes as we want it will be unlocked automatically.

What time do I have to pick up my FurgoVan?

Our pick-up time is from 2pm to 5pm on the first day of rental. Drop-off must be made between 9am and 11am on the last day of booking.

We have other collection and delivery options:

• Early Pick-up (pick up from the Furgovan from 9am to 12am): € 30
• Late Check Out (delivery of the Furgovan until 22h on the last day of booking): € 30

When should I pay?

• Payment is made at the time of reservation. FurgoVan reserves the right to cancel within 7 days of the reservation, if there have been any issues with the transfer of the full amount.

Under what conditions can I cancel my reservation?

• • You can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the collection date.
  • If you cancel between 15 days and 29 days before the date of collection, 50% of the reservation amount will be charged.
  • In cancellations less than 15 days before collection, the full amount will be charged.
  • The value of the reservation includes the rental of the campervan and accessories.

How do I pay for my reservation?

o Payment is made at the time of the reservation, at which time the amount will be charged to the card / account / payment system you indicate. But don’t worry! If you change your mind we guarantee 100% refund within 7 days of the date of  booking.

Where can I check FurgoVan availability?

When you begin the reservation process you will find a calendar with the available dates. Why not try it now! You can also write to us directly through our contact address and we will inform you of the available dates and last minute cancellations.

How should I clean the FurgoVan before drop-off?

“Deliver it as you receive it” is our motto. We deliver it to you with all surfaces clean, vacuumed and without stains, and so we expect to receive it in the same condition on return. Otherwise we will have to charge you a cleaning fee of € 100 of your deposit. 

Is there an age limitation to rent a FurgoVan?

You can rent a FurgoVan from the age of 25, as long as you have a driving license!You must have a driver’s license valid for more than two years.  We accept any license that allows you to drive a tourism or the equivalent international license.
